I called and spoke to your service manager to make an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. After listening to what my vehicle was doing, he took the time to converse. Yes, the art of conversation, so good to hear.

After arriving, and speaking to two other courteous professionals, I spoke to the technician. He was so thorough and knowledgeable in explaining that there was not a problem with my vehicle and the reasons why. All I needed were front brake pads.
